The Wairds Park - Caravan and Camping

Situated on Beach Road, Johnshaven, this Community owned and managed recreation and family holiday park has 15 pitches for tourers / caravans and 16 pitches for tents. Facilities for the caravan and campsite include showers, toilets, laundry room, food preparation area and a disabled toilet. All of the touring pitches are fully serviced (electric hook-up and fresh water) making this park the ideal destination along the North East coast tourist trail.

There’s plenty to do in the area, and the park caters for a range of sporting activities such as tennis, bowling and 18 hole putting.

Privately owned static caravans are not available for rental. Site open April 01 thru October 31. Closed to Tourers and Static residents during winter season - but the play park, sports facilities and football pitch are available for use all year round.
